We use betterstack for uptime monitoring and its status page functionality to display and report on uptime metrics. The status pages are the best I've seen, they look great and support custom domains. This company is also obviosuly foward thinking as they have been adding support for Playwright scripts. It was easy to set up all our monitors and the status page, the UI for betterstack is pretty straight forward and clean.
