They make recruiting and running tests extremely easy. The UI, though understated, is well thought-out and easy to use. I am not necessarily the core audience, and am doing much lighter beta testing runs for UX design purposes and site auditing, but I've found this tool out-classes many of the industry leaders for what I want. Also, customer support has be stellar.

Beta Testing is an excellent service. Their online tools for implementing tests are the best out there and easy to use. I also felt that I was getting to my target audience and the customer service I have gotten has been very personalized and helpful. There were plenty of features and integration with my project worked very well.

It was amazing to be able to do a large beta launch test for such affordable price.
