You can track a lot of information in Beebole, and detailed information at that. It's nice that you can create projects within projects and can assign certain people and certain rates to them. I also appreciate the ability to customize your dashboard and run reports. It was easy to learn how to navigate the software. One of the best and rare features is the response time and helpfulness of the support team. I would recommmend this product to others.

The best part of Beebole, I believe is flexibility and how easily we can modify reports according to our need. We've been using it to mainly understand the time recorded by different departments on different projects and we've been able to tailor it particularly to our need. Any issues we faced, we've been able to resolve with their customer support, who are very responsive through chat and also open for a meeting. We've also had calls with the team seeking possible opportunities for integration with our existing applications, which we understand is possible and will be looking to get that done next.
