Best option out there for getting reviews up by launch

It covers all the bases. We can seed reviews, respond to reviews, respond to questions, etc. BazaarVoice has partnerships with multiple retailers that makes it really easy to get reviews up and connect with customers. Being able to directly answer customer questions through their portal is immensely powerful.

Excellent Tool for Review Syndication

The best part of Bazaarvoice is the syndication of your store's product reviews across their retail network. When someone leaves a product review on our website, it's actually like collecting 10 reviews because the retailers (Walmart, Walgreens, Costco etc.) selling your product will also display that review.
