Service has improved
Some of the services that Bazaarvoice offers are unique to them and they monopolize syndication of certain retailers. So in a way, you can't get around working with them. I've had my fair share of communication struggles over the years but with feedback things have improved a little bit. I really like the organization of next steps via basecamp, that helps keep things flowing and both teams accountable. Their support via basecamp is very good and employees respond quickly.
