Quickly create non-complicated wireframes.

Ease of use! I use Axure mainly for wireframing and prototyping and it's great. For wireframing, it's really easy to drag and drop elements from the default library into your work area to begin constructing your wireframe. You can also download various libraries and increase the number of elements/widgets you can use. Prototyping is sightly more complex but ultimately allows me to mimic any interaction I can think of; it also allows for responsiveness and breaking points, Another one of my favorite things about Axure is the constant minor software releases aimed at always improving the product similar to mobile application updates.
