The high level functionalities that I can create with Axure. I've had many clients tell me that they thought the high fidelity wireframes were the actual websites because of how interactive it is.

It is very easy to create wireframes. I love the widget option, which allows me to duplicate whole or in part, without having to re-create the same exact item. The share option allows me to either share the wireframes or the prototype, which is helpful in usability testing and for remote development teams. It also provides for more and better interactions like a flipcard interaction. There is also a very large and robust library available .

This is a great tool for responsive design, and prototyping and a variety of fidelities. It can be used to link existing wires or design comps, or build a prototype with pseudo code that holds variables and allows for free user control and entry of data. Can also include a database.
