It's has 3 level of access control, 1. For Managers (The host who will manage everything for award ceremony, 2. For entrants (make entries of nominee at quality rates) meaning only qualified members can be nominated for the Award ceremony, 3. For Judges (The one who decides the winners) and that's very simplified yet effective software.

What I like best about AwardStage is how easy it is to use. it makes managing submissions and judging really simple. the automated emails are also a big help, saves a lot of time.
