Easy peasy way to transcript my interviews

The interface is very easy to use, and there's so many features to use, like the highlight and reports part. You get to have everything in one platform, and you get to share it as well. Also, you have the awesome feature to modify your interview transcript, and when you click on a word you get to hear the exact part of the interview. So easy to use, and friendly considering the workflow of a researcher.

Super Easy to use, and relatively quick turn around

I like that it attaches to my videos, and if I make cuts to my videos, once I connect it, the captions are cut out as well. The captions are quite accurate; I would guess in the 95% range
