A payroll system is basically a simple model BUT I like the versatility and the ability to customize to what I need no matter the part of the program I am in, down to menu names. When you know how it works as well as I do, I can make it do more than the average user which makes it even better for my needs and makes the experience a very positive one. Being able to build the reports I need plus being able to have them send out on a schedule. Support is great when I need it. I love they take user suggestions and make them reality to make our experience better.
