I loved how it was easy to create parts lists & quotes for clients & technicians alike. The user interface was very nice & I never had any issues with crashes or system errors.
The sales module is not that bad. But the support is horrible. Usually the tech support / training does not have an answer, or a fix. They have actually referred us to dealers to ask how they use their own software. Absolutely crazy. After we were sold and contracted on the system the salesperson moved on. Would not return emails, and if he did was rude. Service side of the program is really bad. Scheduling customers is done separate from the ROs and makes it a nightmare to work with. It also has errors all the time. Like if you click on the service screen it closes out the program out sometimes. Also you have to keep going in and out of different screens to build and RO.
This was great software, it was a little confusing at first learning of it. But it definitely made posting deals, dealer trades and wholesales very easy. Posting accounting items and checking schedules was very easy to do as well with this software.
