But I would suggest HRs try at least the free version of Pyjama HR; you will not be disappointed.

It is free. Yes in this era they are giving this amazing software for free, and as advertised, it is free forever, I recently came across this and I'm in love with this. I started using it when Linkedin recruiter started acting weird and stopped accepting Indian cards for payments, so I discovered this in an ad on linkedin, I was very skeptical at first but this has to be the most amazing thing out there.
I have seen many "free" ATS and they are almost never free and won't even let you browse without pop ups. This however is so good I would very much like to spend money on this in the future.You can post job on multiple job boards with just one click, it also has naukri.com extension which allows you to add applicants from naukri, this has a few bugs but still pretty good.
The portal is also very user friendly and not cluttered.
The support system is also good, you can mail and they revert back almost within 1-2 hours.
