Organized Testing and Reporting

When using AuditBoard, I enjoyed being able to see a quick screenshot of where each control was in the testing process as well as having a consolidated dashboard that could be used to update management. Having identified issues linked to the controls also made it easier to track remediation efforts and perform needed follow up with control owners. Outside of the platform, the customer service team was phenomenal and always went the extra step to make sure our instance of AuditBoard was functioning the way we expected it to.
