It's also very intuitive and apparent it was created by auditors for auditors. If you make the most of your implementation phase, you should be well on your way as an audit team to have a centralized location for risks, controls, tests, requests, issues, action plans, etc. AuditBoard also holds webinars with their customers regularly to keep up with topics important to the audit/advisory space as well as a sort of "office hours" to help users understand how to make their features work for them.
