I don't know whether what I encountered was out and out "satori", "edification" or "awakening", yet it most certainly was life changing… I have heard "edification" depicted in numerous ways: -An unexpected acknowledgment of your actual self or potential -A physical and mental experience where the limits of your sensations and mindfulness venture into the whole room or space or nature around you, or even into the sum of the universe.
