We implemented Athennian in 2021. It was easy and we got a lot of help to figure out how we wanted to work with this software. It is User friendly, very open to suggestions or improvements and gives you all the tools required to manage your minute books safely. We always have help when needed and I always get an answer to my questions. Athennian also helps a lot to follow the transactions, the tasks and reminders, the groups, reports and notes. We also decided to code our own documents, which we appreciate very much, and we always get the support we need when something is not working.

Athennian is built by a team that listens to the clients and strives to manage their pain points for Corporate Governance and Compliance. This is a one-stop shop for all our entity information that can be accessed by multiple teams - thus saving time/ resources and ensuring that we have an accurate up-to-date record of key data.
