We have worked with Astrea over 18 months now and we will continue to use them going forward. Astrea have always been extremely prompt in delivering Salesforce work work and responding to our queries. They work as a team, if one is not available, someone else can step in. Overseeing the process is the Director Naveen who responds to queries & quotes. It works well. Any queries over hours are dealt with the Director. We operate on both a fixed price rate for pieces of work and for other work we have an hourly rate. Items are logged on a daily basis on Google sheets.
