I was not the initial person that set up Assemble, but coming into my company and getting started and understanding the platform took little time. The customer success team was incredible in getting me up to speed and alerting me of the other ways our team can use the platform. Assemble is very straightforward to use when creating beautiful offer letters, looking up compensation data for current employees, and updating our comp bands. The team is also constantly updating the platform and really listening to customer feedback. Although our company is not quite there yet with pay transparency, having Assemble house our data will definitely be setting us up for success when we do get there!
