Excellent!

Alvaria brings the team together in a different way. Team management has never been so easy and productive. We use it daily to track performance and review the work done, saving time and scheduling the meetings & planning things beforehand.

A Troubled Solution Riddled with Shortcomings

It is difficult to download and access call logs in the version. Its also poor as crashing problems are never resolved by Aspect Support. The plug and play feature prove harmful, for managers and quality assurance personnel.

Great WFM package for our high volume contact centre accounts

I like the level of configuration available within the software, as an outsourcer I need a workforce management solution that can support multiple accounts and various ways of working.
