User friendly call centre too that will increase productivity with ease

It is so easy to use and has a great interface to work with. can manage calls very easily without any hassle or errors being made.

Aspect Workforce Management is a great tool to manage your Contact Center

WFO - Workforce Optimization is a great tool to use. It is web based and easy to roll out to your team. Using the WFM is great as well very detailed and thorough.
