Best Flexible tool for complete call logging. The User Interface is great and very easy to navigate through. Best for managing Quality Management & Monitoring Process simualtaneously. The Support system is always there to help and solve issues

Amazing tool for an overall WFM experience, specially outbound campaign management

Creating and managing outbound campaigns becomes piece of cake with Aspect. Managing real time like penetration rate and dial type (predictive/preview) is very easy to switch to.
