Amazing Workforce management tool

This application has fantastic tools to manage the workforce globally without keeping an eye on everyone. Every company has three lines of defense and this application manages all employees in a better way. You do not need to keep everything in excel. This application is easy to use for those employees of companies who face customer service to provide solutions that are scalable, secure and optimize customer service work.

Alvaria Critiques

I like the multifunctioning call monitoring capabilities. The ability to monitor by video and audio really eliminates miscommunication when coaching someone on specifics.
