I highly recommend this online database / platform (and the company as a whole). Their customer service is excellent. Case in point: I didn't realize I was calling the company founder to ask questions, and he helped me every time. Now, I'm connected to more than just the top dog. But, the fact that he made himself available every time I needed help says something about the company. Everyone is on the same team and super accessible! One of my favorite things is that I love how easy it is to add files on the go! Artwork Archive is totally cloud-based. So, I can access it on my iPad, iPhone, work computer, and home computer without issue. I also use it in collaboration with colleagues both inside and beyond the hospital community. It's very easy to learn how to use all of the basic functions, as opposed to many of the databases I've been exposed to before. Icing on the cake is that it's very cost-effective. We received a non-profit discount when we signed up!

It's easy for our staff to access and locate art around our campus. Plus donors and friends can utilize the AA website to find their favorite art pieces or donated artwork. AA also allows us to build "collections" or categories of our collection, so it's easy to search these categories and find art pieces.
