The best part of Arryved is the customer support. You never feel like you're being hung out to dry and they don't just send you links to articles if you have a problem. If we run into an issue mid-shift, I can just call support and they troubleshoot. I've literally never felt like a burden or like it was too much to call or email in. They help generate helpful reports, have an incredibly easy platform to use and it's a fantastic cost!
Admin navigation on the back end is quick and easy from adding new products to inventory, to getting new staff set up for clocking in and out. Starting tabs and ringing up customers is also quick and easy. Our previous system didn't allow us to start a tab and hand back customers' cards- we had to hang onto the card! Now we never have to deal with cards left behind. We also really love the donations feature and have been able to raise thousands of dollars for local organizations this year!
