It is very easy to use for most of its features. The options for inputting data are very simple. The program has many default crimes already available, but admin users can add more based on local jurisdiction. There are numerous drop down boxes that are easy to understand. It is also a very stable program. I don't recall it ever crashing while I'm using it.

I use this program as a dispatcher. It is really user friendly, and easy to use! Not a lot of training needed to be able to navigate the system on your own. Used for CAD, officer reports, uploading citations and personal information of individuals officers get out with. Very versatile.
