I loved the sentiment and comments function—a fantastic tool for market research. For instance, you can export the reviews and get instant customer feedback. We have used it as an input for our sentiment analysis tool. It was much easier to source comments thanks to that. We have once done a project about delivery apps (during pandemic), and AppAnnie was the only tool that could provide us with the necessary data input. Also, the team is very helpful, they can pull the data for you if needed - super responsive, very client-centric, and definitely well-organized. If you consider the features, I personally think that peer-to-peer comparison was the most useful.
