I like the ease of setting up workflow approvals in ApprovalMax. Setting up the workflows is flexible and can be done by admin users with no need to contact ApprovalMax or need support. This is super helpful as the organization changes or we need to move approvals to a different user.

When items are pre-populated it makes it very easy to load documents for approval.
