The construct that I enjoy the most is the continuous improvement of the product from the feedback of the customer users and their experience with the product. Some of the suggestion I have made to the idea exchange has made it into software updates.

Happy with Blackboard and never looked back!

The best thing about Blackboard is that they based their updates from customer feedback. There are places to express your voice and from there they implement changes to their product based on new new ideas, concerns, or changes for improvement. With the new AI initiatives they have, Blackboard has become a leader in the learning and development sector.
