Anedot has been a wonderful company to work with. Their backend software never seems to have glitches, it's easy to see what has been given and with their new donor support page, I don't have to intercept changes donors want to make. Additionally, as each person gives, we receive an email that allows us to immediately respond to donors.

I would have to say how easy it is to use - I love how simple the system is. For someone NOT very website/computer savvy Anedot makes it extremely easy to set up.
