Single point of control for manufacturing efficiency.

The biggest advantages for me personally are: You have the ability to stream data seamlessly between CNC machines and AMFG. Receiving live machines and data is useful for my analysts. Conduct predictive maintenance is achievable. Monitoring machine status in real-time is a vital tool.

Time-saving system with the option to save complex parameters.

Being able to save complex parameters for added repeatability with AMFG is so crucial for achieving the best possible performance and efficiency. Their digital warehouse is a plug-and-play solution that is perfect for a company like mine, which does not have the time or resources to train staff to become in-house experts of every type of machine and material.

For machine connectivity, AMFG has hit the nail on the head.

It allows you to monitor machines in a way that I have never experienced in any other system I have used. The features that AMFG provides ensure you always know what is going on during our process, and you have full control. The more time you spend on the system, the more you get to understand just how vital having a system like AMFG is. The team we have dealt with at AMFG is also very friendly and willing to assist when needed.
