This is an eye-opener what AI can do for you. I use it to make a transcript of recorded interviews I have with costumers. It allows me to keep my focus on the interview and to make a summery of the interview afterwards in only a couple of minutes. Amberscript claims to offer a GDPR-compliant process for automatic transcription. Communication went well and the employee was very friendly. The results are good except for proper names and technical terms or titles of organisations that the AI did not understand. However, the programme is very helpful for reviewing the audio files and offers the option of manually correcting the text passages parallel to the audio track. There is an interactive demo tool to explain all the functions, so it is very user-friendly.
