Easy to setup and easy to use, no issues with intergrating or uploading contact lists.

First, MD helped me separate my cleint base comunication from my personal messaging. Second, the ability to schedule outgoing mesages is huge. Third, the fact that tecnitians can comuicate with cleints directly without giving out their own phone number AND as the company owner, I can monitor these comunications.

The platform is straightforward to use and track communications. The mobile app makes it easy to use anywhere.
