The Developer Cloud Simplified
Akamai Intelligent Edge Platform is a SASE solution based on what they call the world's largest globally distributed cloud network. The combines Akamai's Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), web application and API protection as a service (WAAPaaS), and cloud secure web gateway (SWG) solutions. In additional to traditional SASE functionality, the platform provides features for DNS security, script protection, and bot management features as well as a slate of performance enhancing tools.
