The ease of use and the short learning curve is what really impressed me. It can handle an abundance of document types including video. Make it easy on the people you support, make it Ahsweeet!

Very simple interface and functions. Onboarding staff and clients is easy. The learning curve is not steep and website loads faster. I like the simple setup of portal for my clients and their staff to manage. Sharing critical information to clients is more simpler compared to other softwares.

There are several things that I really like about Ahsuite. Here are just a few: 1. The custom domain and white labeling is a great feature, and it only took a few easy steps to get it set up. 2. I love being able to create "Conversations" between my clients and me or my team members. My client receives the messages via email and can reply right there or within the portal. Either way the messages are recorded for all to see in the portal. 3. The task manager is very intuitive and segments tasks by client, which keeps things nice and organized. 4. I can customize many features of an individual client portal or all client portals if I want. For example, I can reorder, add and rename tabs on the left navigation and just click a button to have any changes applied to existing clients. 5. The knowledgebase was super helpful and support has been excellent so far!
