The program is pretty intuitive. It has a good user interface that requires little if any training or user guide. The support team is also very helpful.

My work involves making a demo of products that my team made to other staff, including executives and teams that will use the product. I frequently get asked by questions they make, I cannot choose the best question to answer and I feel like a user wanted to ask a question but they didn't. Then I got recommended AhaSlides to use in a Q&A. The tool allows everyone to make their questions and display it on the presentation via screen-share, I used the one that is the most common and answer it, also the submission is untitled so this helps with shy people too! I enjoy this software!
