One of the standout features of AgilityPortal is its granular permission controls. You can easily tailor each user's experience based on your company's structure. With each update, the platform gets even better, and the updates are always free for hosted platforms. The support team is very responsive and helpful, with a quick turnaround time of 24 hours for most issues (and even faster for emergencies). We've experienced no downtime. The onboarding module is fantastic, making onboarding new employees a breeze. As soon as they log into the intranet, their new hire training is immediately available, without any manager intervention required. We've also found the forms and surveys module to be a great tool for replacing complicated Excel sheets that used to be emailed back and forth.
