Agile CRM has a variety of really strong features that allow you to easily add and manage all incoming contacts and leads. The feature I find most useful for our company would be the drag and drop campaign builder. When using the campaign builder, you can add a set of tasks and actions to automatically trigger based off an event or tag, and the campaigns can be very in depth, including the option to add emails, wait days, if/then statements and so much more!

Clean User Interface. It is relatively easy to get up to speed with Agile and that was our main attraction. Entry level pricing is also reasonable, though its sales model design is klunky and does not meet our business model needs well.
