The upsides of AgntSync are good visibility of workflow with interactive dashboards, ability to have a broad or detailed view of licensing items based on your preference. They also have extensive Compliance Library providing imortant information. Lastly, big kudos to their Support team, their knowledge and fast troubleshooting are very helpful.

Both the Salesforce platform and the AutoPilot solution definitely work as advertised and help make licensing and renewals as automated as possible (given there are still some manual processes due to state specific variations).
