As I transition from freelance translator to translation outsourcer, I'm taking AIT along with me. I have been using their translation management software intended for freelancers, TO3000 (Translation Office 3000) for 15 years, and now I am upgrading to Projetex. This is my favorite part about their all-n-one solution to translation management for small to midsize LSPs. Projetex look and feel and functioning are very familiar since it is based on the same database and UI-technology as it's little brother, TO3000. Therefore, the UI is familiar and easier to get acquainted with, my 15 years worth of data from TO3000 can easily be reused in Projetex thanks to their import tool. Also it is considered an upgrade rather than a new software package, thereby reducing the cost even further.
I especially like the fact that it has everything I absolutely need from a TMS software, it has a free 30 day free-trial, it is now available as a subscription, rather than a perpetual standalone license. It has a further 45% Ukraine discount.
It is Ukranian, and it's creator is a familiar name in the industry. I can start using t today.
I think that what I really would have to say I enjoy the best about this program for me personally is just how easy it is to use by an type of level of experience you have.
