Need potential for improvement to prevent system slowdowns

The Email Manager we use for Email Marketing is obstructive. I want to highlight the teams poor dedication in making it incompatible, with Mac, which has been not helpful. It would be amazing if they developed a version allowing us to access the tool on the go.
