Experience with ADP Totalsource overall has been very satisfying.
I like the fact that they create accounts for all the different states we deal in and make sure we are in compliance. This was one of the main reason we started working with them.
The software platform itself is very user friendly. It is easy to navigate between HR and Payroll functions. When you do have a problem Customer support has been great in responding and solving issues rapidly.
