I appreciate the consistency of ADP Total Source, the support team is courteous and clear every time I have called requesting support for Human Resources, Payroll or reporting. The platform is easy to use and even with their system update coming up I feel confident and comfortable that I will have support available if needed. I use ADP TotalSource weekly and I have found it straightforward and easy to use for our new employees when onboarding them.
