The ease of onboarding (it was recently updated and is much better). I really like the HR platform as well. The customer support has for the most part been really helpful and knowledgable. I call customer support all the time.

What's most helpful is that everything HR is in one place, and ADP helps me keep current with compliance. As a small non-profit with 8 remote workers in 8 different states, not having to spend valuable resources on staying current with multiple state rules is so valuable.
