I have used the ADP & RUN for 4+ years. It is easier than the quickbooks payroll. Practically able to self teach using the help page making it easy to use. We have atleast a dozen employees and have all of them set up on a bi monthly schedule with very detailed information. If we ever have queston or concern, the customer service team has assisted quickly with answers. We are able to set up 401K and coordinate with our Accounting team access to serve our business. I like that ADP includes preparing and sending tax documents, and easy to print out the reports.
