I like that I can login, click a few times, and voila, payroll is finished. I login every couple of weeks, select my options, and I am finished. Usually customer support is fairly helpful, I appreciate that they are located within the US -- as they should be, in order to be most familiar to our unique laws. I am able to use it on my phone when needed, and I appreciate the regular push to update login information, as security is important to us.
