We run our payroll through ADP Totalsource and love the fact that it's a smooth and reliable process. We also cohire with ADP Totalsource and work with our the HR Business Partner to make sure all our processes are compliant. Through ADP, we are also able to participate in great health benefits plans.

They have been able to take our small company and allow us to have an enterprise level HR system & support team. they handle all nuances to payroll and tax laws as well as the expertise to help us navigate complicated HR issues that arise. I don't have to worry about missing new law, or figuring out how to implement it, they were absolutely critical for us navigating COVID and the local mandates & laws. I also have all of our employee data at my fingertips at any point and is very easy to use.
