ADP RUN is incredibly user-friendly and saves me a great deal of time processing payroll. It is an intuitive program that has been a true asset to my company. The program was easy to implement. Whenever we do have an issues requiring support, I always find customer support to be very helpful.

RUN makes it easy for my company to run payrolls for our clients. It's also great that ADP assumes 100% liability for anything they may do wrong as it gives my clients peace of mind. It's very easy to setup a client in the system. Customer support is there when we need help on an issue. Our firm uses RUN daily to run client payrolls so it's extremely important to us that we partnered with ADP to handle all the back office tasks for us.

I really like having a specific team member to help with different aspects of our job. For example, we have a team member that helps with payroll and a different one for talent, etc. With our old payroll provider we only had one person to cover it all and they would often have to ask different people since she didn't know every area of the system and what should have been a quick answer turned into a week long discussion.
