Activechat let's you build bots using a visual interface and it can even deal with complex data types with their http block. It's much faster to make and deploy a bot with for any purpose.

This chatbot was very promising from the start when they launched : - Woocommerce and Shopify Integration - NLP & Ai - Wordpress plugin - Multichannel (Facebook - limited, Telegram, - Twilio SMS integration - Google Sheets - Intents and GPT-3 integration

At this stage, it's hard to assign any positives to the platform but perhaps that's because it had so much promise a year ago when I made the investment in it. The easy NLP integration would be the biggest positive but that's offset by a lackluster interface.
