You can connect all your calendars in Ace. Either Google, Microsoft Office, iCloud or via your Outlook. Then select calendars (personal, business etc.) and woollaaa connected. Anytime somebody books you up Ace syncs all details into your calendar automatically. Yes other competitors do that too but some of them are not able to select multiple calendars. I use 4....

Being able to set up different meeting types is really useful. I also like the ability to send notification and reminder emails. The software is easy to navigate.

The most helpful thing about using ACE Meetings is the customizable response and reminder emails that are sent to people who have scheduled meetings. I love being able to set up these response emails for particular types of meetings so I don't have to add tasks to my to-do list for sending this communication.
