Acctivate's customer service is great. The software is easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. We use the inventory tracking software, and sync to our QB account which works well.

The timeline / transactions / history features are very helpful for cross-reference purchase orders, products and customers.

Very intuitive if you were using Quickbooks before, and the tracking system is excellent. There is also an add-on for the supplement industry that we haven't kimplemented yet but it seems very promising.
